The rules for using Send2PC in your shop.
This is a plain-language draft. Have it reviewed by a legal professional before you publish it.
Your account
- You must give accurate details when you register. The shop name you choose is shown to your customers and cannot be changed by you later.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account and on the PCs you activate.
Using the service
- Send2PC is for receiving documents and images from your customers for services such as printing and form filling.
- Do not use it to receive or distribute illegal content, or to try to get around the file type checks.
- Files delivered to your PC are in your care. Handle your customers' documents responsibly and delete them when you no longer need them.
Plans and limits
Each plan has limits on the number of PCs, transfers per day and upload size. The current limits are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. We may change plans and prices and will tell you before a change affects you.
Availability
We work to keep Send2PC running, but the service is provided as it is and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Files that have not yet been delivered are kept only temporarily.
Suspension
We may suspend an account or switch off a QR code that is being misused or that breaks these terms.
