Does my customer need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens a page in their phone's browser. They choose files and tap send.
Which files can customers send?
PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files. Programs and scripts are rejected.
Where do the files go?
Into a folder on your shop PC, sorted by date and transfer. Once your PC has them, they are deleted from our server.
What if my PC is switched off or offline?
The files wait on our server and are delivered automatically when your PC is back online.
Can I use my account on another PC?
Yes. Sign in on the new PC and move your account to it. The Free plan runs on one PC at a time.
Can I change my shop name later?
The shop name you register with is printed on your QR card and shown to customers, so it is locked. Contact us if it needs correcting.
